Credit Card Payments:  Credit card purchases will be billed a flat shipping fee which will be added to your order and processed with your order payment. 

Administrative Purchases, Employee Appreciation Purchases & Quarterly Awards:  Shipping will show as N/A.  We will bill actual freight costs based on invoiced amounts in an effort to provide the most fair pricing possible. 

RETURN POLICY

All apparel orders placed through the LGI Homes / Terrata Homes website are custom orders.  Items are not stocked and are shipped directly from the vendor.  Therefore, returns are not permitted.
